The different ways to engage...

One of the key things Strategic Blue does is buying from the cloud vendor on different terms to what's offered to the end customer. To allow for this, Strategic Blue can work with organisations in multiple different ways, these predominantly fit into two categories, direct and indirect.

The difference is whether Strategic Blue is engaged directly with you as a customer or if you're a partner looking to help us support your customers. Direct Engagement Models

Advanced Resale

Advanced resale is Strategic Blue's standard form of engagement with organisations.  We use our years of experience and financial expertise to step into the billing chain to help customers achieve improved savings on their cloud spend, as well as a greater understanding of their usage.  We use our experience of managing portfolios to allow our customers to benefit from the buying power of our consortium of customers.

Outsourced FinOps

For organisations who may already have a resale partner, or have a requirement for a direct relationship with their cloud providers, Strategic Blue has found a way to still offer our suite of services. We call it "working at the side", where we manage cashflows to still allow us to offer the tailored pricing solutions that our customers love.
