How is this different from the tool I'm already using?

Most automated tools manage Savings Plans — they're effective for compute, but they leave non-compute services (RDS, ElastiCache, OpenSearch, Redshift, SageMaker) largely untouched. We also use 3-year Reserved Instance strategies that unlock deeper discounts, and we can access All-Upfront rates on your behalf without you fronting the cash. The combination typically delivers a meaningfully higher net saving.

Do I need to cancel my current provider to get a Savings Review?

No. A Savings Review is just an analysis — no commitment, no changes to your setup. We look at your AWS usage data, model what we could achieve, and show you the numbers. You decide what to do from there.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to your AWS Cost and Usage Report (CUR). No access to your workloads, applications, or customer data — and no ability to make changes to your environment.

Will switching affect my relationship with AWS?

No. We operate under the AWS End Customer Account Model, which keeps your technical AWS relationship unchanged. Your teams continue working with AWS the same way they always have.

What does it cost?

Our Automate plan is funded from the savings we generate — we take a share of what we save you, so if we don't deliver more than you're getting today, you don't pay more. There's no upfront fee and no fixed subscription.

What if I'm already saving a good percentage of my bill?

That's worth testing. Our Savings Reviews regularly find additional savings headroom even for teams that consider themselves well-optimised — usually from non-compute services or deeper RI strategies that weren't in scope for their current tool.
