AWS Automate with Resale - Service Description and Product Terms

The Service Description details the Automate Service Plan, its benefits and operational delivery.

We will continuously analyse your cloud use to identify savings opportunities. We will buy, modify and sell Reserved Instances and use Savings Plans on your behalf as necessary to secure the best overall savings rates possible for your cloud usage.

You will inform of us any significant, planned changes in your usage so that we can adapt your commitment position accordingly. You can optionally provide a budget for upfront payments to access deeper savings.

As your cloud reseller, we will invoice you for your cloud use, and manage invoicing and billing queries.

The Cloud Purchasing Agreement, CPA, enables us to act as your cloud reseller and includes the AWS Automate Schedule. It replaces any existing reseller agreement or the financial elements of your existing AWS agreement if buying direct. The CPA terms are designed to be fair, reasonable and equivalent to AWS’ terms.

They include:

• Billing and payment provisions that match or enhance AWS terms
• Equitable foreign exchange provision for currency flexibility
• Equivalent suspension and termination rights to those of AWS
• Terms required by AWS for any reseller to pass on to its customers
• A security statement on access required to deliver our services
