Strategic Blue is seeking a Contracts and Commercial Manager to provide the corporate interface with the sales team and consulting team, providing integral subject matter expert (SME) legal, contractual and commercial function support to these teams, and when necessary to any other parts of Strategic Blue.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for Customer/Partner/Supplier facing contracts and associated commercial activities, priming to Sales and Consulting activities, but also to any other parts of Strategic Blue when needed.
  • Works with sales and consulting team and all other necessary Strategic Blue staff, to identify, negotiate and manage the legal aspects of all contracts and associated commercial activities necessary to formally onboard an organisation as a Customer, Partner or Supplier.
